Booking confirmation:

Booking is made on the terms of these booking conditions:

  • When you confirm that you are 18 plus and have authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party.
  • When all of your documents are proved to be original and all background check is done.
  • When you make the payment, discuss the amount.

After that, your booking will be confirmed as we issue you -our confirmation invoice.

Paying for your holiday:

While booking, you have to pay an initial amount deposit along with further payment, which will be guided before booking. You can pay your booking fees in installments but you have to pay the balance price of your travel arrangement & which must be paid at least 12 weeks before your departure date. If you don’t pay your deposit or balance in time, we have the authority to cancel your travel arrangements. If the balance is not paid in time, we shall retain your deposit in addition to any non-refundable supplier charges.

If you cancel your holiday:

You, or any member of your party, plan to cancel the travel arrangements, we need a written notification from the lead name or your travel agent, and that must be received at our offices. Since we include canceling your travel arrangements, you may have to pay some cancellation charges as follow.

In addition to any non-refundable supplier charges, see the exceptions below:

For any train or flight tickets involved, the refund will be applicable as per the advised cancellation policy at the time of booking. In the case of special train journeys and high peak season bookings (from 20th Dec to 15 Jan), a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required).

Note: If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the term of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges.

Our Liability to You:

You have the liability to inform us of the improper performance of the travel services included in the package. If any of the travel services included in your package are not performed as per the contract or are improperly performed by us, or travel services suppliers have affected your enjoyment of the trip, we do take the responsibility and ensure that organization maintain their standards and provide the best services that are adequate to the clients.

Few things are not liable by us:
  • When it is not a company, supplier, or agent’s fault.
  • When you and another member of the family or third party are unconnected with the provision of the travel service.
  • When there is an unavoidable circumstance or situation, which could have been avoided if all reasonable measures had been taken by the third party.
  • If you or any member of your party is causing any kind of stress or danger or damaging the property, we have the right to terminate your arrangements without notice.

Passport, Visa, Immigration, and health requirements:

Your passport, visa, and other immigration requirements do not come under your travel cost arrangement. Passengers must have valid ID proof with a current photograph. It is the client’s responsibility to have correct documentation which will allow your entry.

We will guide you to arrange your visa and what are the required documents that will aid your entry and do not cause much trouble. We will also provide you with general information about your passport and visa requirements for your trip.

For travel, vaccination is mandatory by our central government. So you need to be fully vaccinated and an rt-PCR test is also required before your trip. If you are pregnant and have any other medical problem, a doctor’s consultant certificate is also required along with the undertaking form.


To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Agent grants no warranties express or implied. Regarding our website, all the services and facilities will be provided including the booking engine. All services and facilities are being offered to you as shown on the website. The agent will not be liable to you for the breach of any alleged warranty.

Client’s responsibilities:
  • You must read all the terms and conditions properly.
  • You must keep secure any means of identification that we provide to you to access the service. If you lose them, it is not our responsibility.
  • You should not use the service for any activities which breach any kind of law or violate any party’s rights by any relevant authority.
  • You take the responsibility to ensure that you or another member of your party will not behave in a way that causes disturbance or offense other party or risks any loss or damage to property that belongs to others or our suppliers.
  • You acknowledge that we may receive all commission from transactions entered into using our services.
