Itinerary
Day 1
You will arrive at Keflavik International Airport where you will be greeted by our representative who will escort you to your designated hotel in Reykjavik. After check-in you will have the rest of the day to yourself. You can enjoy the day as you please.
Take a walk and explore the museums, restaurants, and streets and soak in the beauty. You can wander around and try the local delicacies and shop for some souvenirs. After having a wonderful time, you can return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 2
After a fulfilling breakfast check-out from the hotel and get ready for a bewildering experience at the Golden Circle. It is a popular route with highlights such as Thingvellir National Park, the geysir geothermal hot spring along with its neighboring active geyser Strokkur.
Along with that you will also pay visit to the Gullfoss waterfall and the old implosion crater of Kerio.
Later, our representative will take you to your accommodation in Hvolsvöllur for the night.
Day 3
After having a hefty breakfast check out from the hotel. You will be taken to the spectacular Seljalandsfoss waterfall and the Skógafoss falls. Soak in the beauty and make loads of memories to remember.
From there you will be taken to the beautiful village of Vík í Mýrdal to visit the black volcanic beach. There you will see the rock formations of Dyrhólaey and Reynisdrangar.
Once you are satisfied with this beauty, you will be taken to a guided exploration of Fjaðrárgljúfur Canyon. After having loads of fun, our representative will take you to your hotel where you will spend a night of peace.
Day 4
Wake up, freshen up, and check out of the hotel after a lovely breakfast. This is the day when you will visit the Skaftafell - a part of the Vatnajökull National Park. Here you will get the chance to go on treks and participate in other exciting activities.
From there you will also visit the Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon and enjoy a boat ride amid floating icebergs.
After having wonderful experiences all day long, you will be driven to the hotel in the Höfn or Djúpivogur area for a good night’s sleep.
Day 5
After waking up, fulfill the check-out formalities and have a fulfilling breakfast. You will then be escorted to the East Iceland. Enjoy unparalleled beautiful views of fishing villages, tundra, fjords and other beautiful landscapes on the way.
Once you reach the Lake Mývatn you can explore beautiful places like the Krafla Volcano, the curiously-coloured Námaskarð pass, the lunar-like pseudo-craters at Skútustaðir, and the massive crater of Hverfell. Make sure you make the most of this day as this will be the end of your vacation.
After a wonderful day of sightseeing, you will be taken to your designated hotel for a pleasant and sound sleep.
Day 6
Wake up fresh and have a lovely breakfast. Our representative will take you to the airport from where you can board your flight home. Make sure you take a bag pack full of memories with you.
